Yeah, you can compare Olberman to, perhaps, O'Reilly, if you want to ignore O'Reilly's factless fantasies and his studio's stalking. If you really pare out O'Reilly's worst bits, you might get some sort of equivalency.

But there is _no_ way to compare Beck to _anyone_, NO WAY, and if these turds of the mainstream media think they can get "moderate" cred for doing so, they mislead themselves, and the American people -- that is the least wrong that they do. They seem to ignore Beck's not-so-subtle call out to loonies everywhere to "protect the nation," all while painting Obama as a communist, socialist, racist.

Oh, yeah -- just happened to remember -- you also will have to pare out O'Reilly's "Doctor Death" and "Baby Killer" remarks, which probably contributed, at least to the environment, of the Dr. Tiller assassination, if you want create your "equivalency fantasy." And there is _nothing_ like the mob participation that Faux "News" has drummed up, both under the O'Reilly and the Beck banners -- the Tea Parties and the "9/12-ers." NOTHING. And then, you milk-toast holier-than-thou "monitors," you have to ignore the out-and-out lying and misrepresentation that is the hallmark of Faux "News."

Yes, they do, but these are not your regular right-wing tools, here, although they are right-wing enablers. These are your so-called "rational, reasonable, responsible, moderate editorialists" (this would be the guy puffing on a pipe in the 1950's). They're trying to look so moderate that they can make Olberman be equivalent to the liars, race-baiters, and tea-party promoters of Faux News. These guys are the kind of guys who might have said, "Well, that Hitler fella, he's not so bad" in England before the war. And the news media in their fevered search to hold on to _all_ their current subscribers, will give these appeasers air and print space.
