Just the typical bait and switch. "I didn't say that!" These guys seem to forget that they're being videotaped. Or maybe it's just that they're so used to TELLING people that what they just heard with their own ears is NOT what they just heard with their own ears. Pundits like Scarborough and the rest HEAR and SEE things so much better than the common folk, dontcha know.....

The co hosts reactions are priceless.

I've seen them react somewhat that way on the few Morning Joe shows I've watched.
One show they looked surprised he showed up back from the hospital or a vacation.
I think the co-hosts prefer to do the show without Joe Scarborough.
