She comes on after Ed on XM. I listen to the first 1 1/2 hrs before work.

She's getting back into the groove and seems to have regained self confidence after the AAR blow-out. As much as I criticize her (I'll be the first) I listen to her and feel we need her voice as much as everyone else on the Left. I'm a Founding Member of NovaM. I need to subscribe to Ed's show so I can watch the EdCam.

I've always been torn about the "feud" between Ed and Randi, and hearing them together on the show today made me feel like the Dems actually have a chance. They are two of the strongest progressive voices on the air today. Rock on Big Eddie and Randi. Ed has to make a return appearance on the Rhodes show, correct?

Now I understand why I could not get to her page !!! what happened!!

blink.gif Randi just talked about this on her show, she said that it felt good to let bygones be bygones, and she put it into the reference of Hillary Clinton, that she has to end the bitterness and we all have to come together!! I say WTG Randi!!!

Way to go Randi, and way to go Ed. I was proud of both of them today. I put aside my differences with Mr. Schultz and his producer to return here, because there's an election to win, and people to bring into the light. RR & ES came together too; this is the new American unity in action, and I am very pleased tonight.

Gee, it's funny how when someone really screws up their career, they, then decide to let "bygones be bygones" and "end the bitterness".......especially, when they're the ones who are responsible for the bitterness.

She's not capable of having an entertaining show, all she can do is bash the right and all those who dont believe the same way she does.

I say good for the two of them as well. So much of what I hear on AA (lefty world on my XM) sounds like children bitching, making up names to call folks that they differ with.... going on how if their side loses (any time, anywhere), they must have been robbed.... I'm surprised to hear that they buried the hatchet.

For me, I feel Ed has some days that are worth listening to, as far as Randi goes, what a hateful bitch she comes across as (kinda like if she is what a lefty is, I know I don't wanna be one of those).

But I say good for them (for the sake of you nice folks herein) - its time for those on your side to "man up" if you are gonna take the white house. I'm impressed that they would do that - you guys might have a chance if more of that is down the road.

I nearly fell out of my chair when I heard Randi on Ed's program today. From what it sounds like Randi made the first move and Ed followed suit. Randi thanked him for his support when Air America fired her. I think there's still a some hard feelings left from their "feud" but at least they're willing to try and patch things up which is good because I some them together on Larry King Live together and the stomped the righties into the ground. They actually make a good team but the have to learn to let each other talk.

OMG! I just realized what your posting name means!!! I was looking at your avatar and thinking that it looks like something out of The Prisoner and then "Number 6" hit me! One of my favorite shows from when - the '60s, '70s? Patrick McGoohan.....

I was so glad to hear their exchange.

A proud moment for sure.
Maybe Barack is rubbing off on all of us.

Randi's on her game. She worked for a long succession of idiots at AAR.

Have you forgiven her for the cruise? I heard her on air some time ago when I was in the States, and she said that she hated being forced to do that cruise. She also said that she had nothing to do with those who accompanied her out of hatred for Air America. Actually, she bores me after a short period of time, but it matters not that I don't think she's the greatest thing since sliced bread. She has a high enough opinion of herself to make up for mine.

No. She is horrible in person, which is not to say I cannot enjoy her show.

I met Ed & Wendy. Both are decent, kind, and approachable. Ed's not fat either, I don't know why he harps on that. Wendy's beautiful. I bought her a drink. I'm srsly thinking of flying up to Portland to see him at the Town Hall on Sept 19th, it sounds like fun and Portland is wonderful.

I am glad a hateful right winger such as yourself feels expert enough to comment on this.

Usually such right wingers are bitter people & have an agenda to mess up everyone else's moment.

What were you before you screwed up?

Randi needs to stop talking to people in such a condescending way when they are trying to explain themselves. She likes to take one incomplete thought from a caller as he/she is speaking and detour it into a bash on them. She needs to be patient and let them complete their thought/comments. Many times it sounds as if she is really bothered taking calls rather than going on with her tirade du jour. Consequently she just hammers people off the air so she can get back to her yapping.

She is informed and passionate about her show but I thought the callers ar ehwo support you. I wish it was reciprocated to them.

Lately, I personally get annoyed with her lobbing the "stop whining" thing at people. People are engaged and spent time to get on the air to discuss their thoughts with her. Once they are there if they want to make a point about their thoughts on the Dems' action at the convention or other topic--> let them. That's why they call in. Duh. Don't just lob the "stop whining" and hang up on them or derail their incomplete thought. It's really bothersome and a poor represnetation/example of what Dems are about. If anyone with a question (aka Independent voters) calls in to get their feelings aired/be informed and she dumps on them, how can we win those people over? Grow up Randi.

She'll never change. If you want to hear a show where people are allowed to say their piece uninterrupted, listen to Ed. Randi's unique. She actually has a point about whiners.

There was a time when I tuned in to Randi on a regular basis, right up until I couldn't stand listening to her hormones bouncing off the sound booth, as she talked about how hot and bothered she was, almost on a contineous basis for an entire month. I couldn't imagine why I even started listening and then it occured to me, for the very same reason I tuned in Ed--to get the left sides opinion, from both genders. At least with Ed, he doesn't discuss his sex life on the air, otherwise I probably wouldn't have made it this far on this board.

Randi, on the other hand, I haven't listened to since before last year June, or earlier.
