I heard on the show Ed and one of his callers talking about how warm it is outside. It just seems like not too long ago we were worried about this instead;

Spokane has had an unusually cool spring season so far. We have only had one week of normal temperatures for the season with the rest being 10-30 degrees below normal. Today we are in the 50s with clouds and some rain expected overnight. While the shrubs, trees, and flowers are benefitting, I sure would like to use my pool more!

Cool and damp in Seattle.

I am frickin' FREEZING here ! It's 53 outside right now and 67 inside. I refuse to turn the heat on. It's usually warmer than this in June.

Gonna call it a night...I have layers on but just can't get warm. ((shivvverring)) g'nite

67 and you're thinking about the heat!

Gosh, that's my normal temperature from November through May!

Tomorrow, it might reach 95 F here. If so, I'll probably turn on the AC to kick it back a bit...

It's been chilly here in Rochester until yesterday, when the high temperature spiked to 92 degrees- just 2 degrees shy of a record! So after many a day in the 50, 60s or very occasionally 70s, it's going to be sweltering here until the middle of the coming week.

BTW, the heat was ushered in Thursday night by a strong warm front that brought a severe thunderstorm within a mile of my house. it was spectacular to watch in the dark, but I'm glad the rain stayed south of me.

It's up in the 80s now up here in Iowa where I am, it's supposed to stay in the 80s and upper 70s through next week. I put my AC window unit in for the bedroom today. Probably before too long we'll put the first floor AC unit in. We live in a house built in the 1870s and we never had central AC installed because we only have duct work for the first floor, not the second - so to put that in we'd have to put a whole bunch of duct work in.

I had snow on one of my jobsites here yesterday...(8,500 elevation). It's been a long cool spring here in Colorado.
