SHA NA NA
The group, Sha Na Na was formed in the late 1960's and fast became one of the most well known groups that copied, and lemulated, some of the great songs, and groups, from the fifties and eary sixties and they did it with great vocals and a comedic interpretation of the moves of the great groups of those times.
Led by John Bowzer, Bauman, the group eventually got their own TV show, some of which are in the videos below.
Thge group is still active, with many of the original members still performing.
Bauman has become very instrumental in his campaign condemning the usage of names of groups from that era by performers who had no association, at all, with thosE groups...........NEM
