I was born and raised in Jamestown, North Dakota. I'm about the same age as Eddie.. I'm 51. I've been a plumber for a little over 29 years. I'm a member of the United Association of Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 300. I can tell you from personal experience that Ed and Wendy support unions, not only on the air waves, but with their pocket book too. I did plumbing repair work at Ed and Wendy's home in Fargo two times. They now live out at the lakes, so I no longer have the opportunity to work for them. I have never met Ed personally, but I did get a chance to meet Wendy once, she was explaining the work that needed to be done to me. Wendy seemed pleasant and down to earth to me. I listen to Ed every chance I get while driving from service call to service call. I will never call in to the show because my hearing is failing, and I feel very uncomfortable talking on a phone. I am 30 percent deaf and my ears ring constantly. This condition may have been caused during my service in the US Army Airborne Infantry in the early 70's, I just don't know. And I don't care either, I am able to work, and that is all that matters. There are a few issues that I really don't agree with Ed on , but that is no big deal. I think Ed and Wendy are doing a great job !!!
